Motion Raceworks new chromoly lightweight race steering column is now available.
This piece is Made in the USA from tig welded, chromoly steel. All parts are CNC laser and formed for a perfect, finish. We jig weld each unit to insure proper fitment and repeatability.
Our column comes with a Motion Raceworks 5/6 bolt SFI approved quick release, anodized black.
Provision is on the drivers portion to remount under dash trim piece for a factory, clean look and no large open spaces. Filler panel powder anodized black to match factory trim is provided at no additional cost. Firewall plate/seal is also included to keep heat, gases, and debris from entering the passenger compartment
Choose factory steering shaft (to rack) adapting option if reusing stock steering rack. All 2010-15 Camaro use the same intermediate shaft, regardless if you have electric or hydro power steering. Add intermediate shaft option gives you upper u-joint, 3/4DD shaft precut to correct length, and lower u-joint to connect to factory steering.
If using an aftermarket rack, please see our steering u joint section for proper u joints to hook up.
